Episode 401 - 409

Roman snarks and Richard talks about golf. THAT'S ALL THAT HAPPENS. *ignores DeVa*

Max tells Deniz to pretend he's single to be a model. We pretend it's true. Annette tells Roman to pretend he's single too. Er... WTF, Annette? Also, Roman is adorable (and shirtless!) and Jenny contemplates naughty deeds with greasy!Max. Don't say we don't do everything to make up for all the DeVa.

Whew! Excuse us as we fan ourselves over Jenny and Max's exhibitionist kink. Vanessa, did you really need to get into the bathroom that badly? (And instead of all the DeVa snuggling in bed, couldn't we have gotten just one scene with Deniz at Punk Rock karaoke night?)

Meanwhile, Annette and Ingo angst, Roman is (as always) a much better friend than anyone deserves, and omg, Mike--are you being nice? Why must you frighten us so?

Annette and Ingo angst madly over their contrived drama, leaving Roman to act out the part of scared, over-compensating child of divorced parents who just wants Mummy and Daddy to love each other again and carves hearts into the butter to make it all better. Annette accidentally proposes to Ingo. Like you do. (Also, we get a disproportionate amount of amusement out of the shot where Axel's randomly lurking in the background. HAI AXEL, YOU SMARM!)

Annette's accidental proposal becomes a reality, confusing everyone around (including us). Roman continues to overcompensate in his surrogate parents' relationship by throwing the most awkward surprise party ever.

PS. Dear Mike: You of all people have no business ew-ing at Roman. YOU SHOULD BE SO LUCKY.

Today on the Aningo Wedding Drama Channel: Annette is cranky! Ingo needs a ring! Deniz is dorky! Roman hits on Mike! (Clearly he's drunk.)

Trouble in DeVa Paradise = music to EKP ears. As Steinkampcest comes to a head, Deniz tries to comfort Vanessa. Only this time he tries to use words, and of course FAILS. Diana skates randomly (we thought it was pretty) and Roman and Vanessa get bitchy. Good times!
